Introduction: The aim of the Centre for Human Healthcare training programme is to build, transform and empower the youth from all walks of life especially the vulnerable and the unemployed through a well developed training programmes to bring the best out of them in order to contribute to community growth and development.
The Centre’s training project serves as a parent organization to work hand in hand with its trained participants at the community, national and international levels.
 
The training programmes of Centre for Human Healthcare are organized by the Centre’s training department known as ‘’ Global Human Development Training Institute’’
‘Global Human Development Training Institute’ is the organized body that organizes and delivers all the training programmes and projects of the organization at the local, national and international levels.
 
Our trainings build, transform, empower and strengthen people, communities and institutions most especially those in need.
 
 The training team consists of experts from Ghana and across the globe who delivers a comprehensive approach of theoretical and practical training approach in a non-formal setting.
 
The trainings are categorized into knowledge-Based and Skilled-Based acquisition to empower and build the lives of the youth from all walks of life.
 
  • Knowledge and Skills-Based Trainings:
This type of training is the combination of knowledge and skills during the training process. It certainly isn’t just about learning more stuff so that we can know more stuff.  It is about becoming more knowledgeable so we can do more stuff. This means that we need to learn knowledge and skills
The training is typically focused primarily on the strategies for self-directed learning, i.e. planning, monitoring and evaluating, or on cognitive strategies. ... It argues for an approach to learner training that is (task) knowledge based. This involves the mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses.
 
Objectives:
The objectives of the training are;
  • To provide leadership, personal and professional development programmes to empowerment the youth from all walks of life to assume leadership roles
  • To develop personally and professionally to exhibit high sense of maturity and professionalism to bring  dreams into reality
  • To bring the best out themselves for self, community growth and development.
  • To see themselves as a possibility
  • To take the next step forward

  • Trainings, seminars, workshops and conferences.
  • Personal development, professional development, career development, coaching, counseling and empowerment trainings

  • Creating / establishing primary or secondary profession

  • 2) Skill acquisition-Based Training
  • Consists of all forms of skill-based and wealth creation trainings that provide the participant a short term income generating project (IGP) to earn the living and live a responsible life in a society.

  • Bakery and pastries
  • Cloth making
  • Soap, pomade, powder and other cosmetics
  • Shoe making
  • Beads making
  • Pot making ​
